We couldn't have chosen a better location for our consulting meeting 2022 than the freshly renovated, light-flooded and modern Congress Center Hamburg. When planning our event, it was especially important to us to have both, the opportunity to bring our 2,500+ attendees together in plenary sessions to talk about the future of consulting, and to allow our many different teams to collaborate in up to 25 parallel break-out sessions. In addition, the Congress Center Hamburg supported us in the realization of our CO2-neutral event concept and also scored points in terms of transport connections and proximity to hotels. Both, before and during the event, the CCH team provided us with advice and support and showed great customer orientation and flexibility. We are proud to have been the first in using this breathtaking venue in its entirety for an event of such a size, and I speak for myself and our participants when I say that we will remember this special experience and the many wonderful moments at the CCH for a long time.

The ITS World Congress 2021 was the first congress to be held at the CCH after the revitalisation. The light-flooded entrance hall directly invited to marvel. Hall 1 with its historically landmarked brick walls was the excellent opening venue. During the entire congress week the CCH provided the perfect setting for our high-level events. The flexibility of the rooms made it possible to implement the room concepts ideally. Not only we, but also the participants were delighted.

Directions4Partners held its annual technology and industry event at the CCH from November 9 to 11, 2022, welcoming 3,000 participants from 50 nations. The atmosphere was fantastic; the sponsors and exhibitors were very appreciative of the logistics and the great location of the complex in Hamburg’s inner city. All attendees returned to their homes filled with positive energy and inspired by a completely successful event. From the very beginning, cooperation with the CCH team was at eye level and marked by trust. We were also very impressed by the collaborative professionalism that was shown. The equipment operated flawlessly at all times, and the logistics processes (including catering, food and beverages) were perfect and of excellent quality. All our requests (even those expressed on short notice) were met to our fullest satisfaction. In our committee we are now considering a return to the CCH in 2025. We are happy to share this testimonial not only because the cooperation was outstanding and we and our partners enjoyed the atmosphere very much, but also because we were truly thrilled by the variety and variability of the available options to implement an international event such as Directions4Partners at the new CCH.

As the biggest hub of Germany’s civilian aerospace industry, Hamburg has been an ideal location for the Aviation Forum, Europe’s leading conference dedicated to aviation. In 2021, our Aviation Forum was among the first customers to host an event at the newly redesigned CCH. We ourselves and our participants were thrilled by the classy ambience of this venue, its impressive entrance area and its advanced technology.
